Links Cleaning Service, based in East Dulwich, has been trading for ten years. They offer a wide range of cleaning services to both the commercial and residential market across all of London.
Project Summary
After putting it off for many years, a downturn in the economy acted as a catalyst for Links Cleaning Service to explore innovative avenues to sustain and grow their business. We were invited to their offices to discuss their operations and exact requirements.
A site was designed and built to allow Links to promote their cleaning services with great deal of effectiveness. When the matter of support was discussed during it our first meeting it was made clear that Links wanted the ability to update all areas of the website themselves, so content management system was designed to enable them to do this,
The final set of requirement for this website was to increase the number of enquiries either by phone or online, whilst extending their reach to more commercial sectors. Potential customers can book cleaners or request a quote using online forms. Extensive analysis of their competitors was carried out and a search engine optimisation campaign, including copywriting, was devised to increase their search engine ranking.
